- What counts as a seat?
- One credentialed provider (MD, DO, NP, PA, etc.) in your roster. Coordinators, committee members, and admins are free.
- Can we start small and grow?
- Yes — add or remove seats any time from the billing portal. Annual plans pro-rate seat additions.
- Do you offer delegated credentialing for payers?
- Yes, on Enterprise. We sync rosters and credentialing decisions between hospitals and payer networks with full audit trail.
- Are you a physician recruiter or staffing firm?
- Recruiters and agencies have their own seat-based pricing — see recruiter pricing. Providers are always free; you only pay for recruiter seats and consented passport unlocks.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No setup fee on Starter or Pro. Enterprise implementations include a scoped onboarding engagement.
