Verification rules

How we decide pass / flag / block

  1. 01
NPDB queries require provider consent on file (signed within 60 days).
  2. 02
Any report is surfaced verbatim — UPP does not summarize or interpret.
  3. 03
Self-Query results from the provider are accepted when issued within 90 days.
  4. 04
Continuous Query enrollment, when active, replaces scheduled re-query.

Source-down handling

When the authority is unreachable
